Lakes/ balancing ponds to take run off water (separate foul and surface) and to improve eyesores as water features. Partners could be Thames Water (lakes in former gravel extraction areas) and Environment Agency.

Local florists could promote food growing, sell seeds and starter food-plants (food). Could involve Carshalton College/ High Schools Horticulture Courses.
